Non metallic inclusions in steel plate, such as oxides and sulfides may have adverse effect on casting properties and performance of steel production: Al2O3 inclusions may lead to nozzle clogging in casting process of continuous casting, but also to strip leading to B type inclusion in exceed the standard after rolling.
北京科技大學(xué)的學(xué)者為了研究采用BOF-LF-RH-CC工藝生產(chǎn)的A32船板鋼潔凈度水平，進行了三爐工業(yè)實驗X 通過對冶煉過程系統(tǒng)取樣分析。
Researchers from the University of Science and Technology Beijing in order to study the BOF-LF-RH-CC technology used in production of A32 steel cleanliness level, carried out three experiments of X through the analysis of the industrial furnace smelting process system sampling.
研究了鋼中總氧"氮含量變化，夾雜物的轉(zhuǎn)變規(guī)律及機理X 結(jié)果表明: 該工藝生產(chǎn)的船板鋼有較高的潔凈度，中包總氧控制在2×10-5以下，氮含量控制在4×10-5以下；LF精煉過程中，鋼中總氧"夾雜物數(shù)量密度和平均尺寸均降低，夾雜物轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)镃aO-MgO- Al2O3三元系。
Study on the variation of nitrogen content of total oxygen in steel, change law and mechanism of X inclusion results showed that there were higher in the production process of steel cleanliness, in the total package oxygen control under 2 * 10-5, the nitrogen content in the following 4 * 10-5; LF refining process, the total oxygen in steel inclusion object number density and average size were decreased and the inclusion into CaO-MgO- Al2O3 three system.
RH精煉過程中，鋼中總氧和夾雜物數(shù)量密度降低，而夾雜物平均尺寸升高; 鈣處理過程中，夾雜物數(shù)量密度升高，而夾雜物平均尺寸降低，夾雜物轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)镃aO - Al2O3-CaS三元系。
RH refining process, total oxygen and inclusions in steel number density decreased, and the average size of inclusions increased; calcium treatment process, inclusion number density increases, and the average size of inclusions decreased, inclusion into CaO - Al2O3-CaS three system.
