Study on the variation of nitrogen content of total oxygen in steel, change law and mechanism of X inclusion results showed that there were higher in the production process of steel cleanliness, in the total package oxygen control under 2 * 10-5, the nitrogen content in the following 4 * 10-5; LF refining process, the total oxygen in steel inclusion object number density and average size were decreased and the inclusion into CaO-MgO- Al2O3 three system.

RH refining process, total oxygen and inclusions in steel number density decreased, and the average size of inclusions increased; calcium treatment process, inclusion number density increases, and the average size of inclusions decreased, inclusion into CaO - Al2O3-CaS three system.
