The microstructure and properties of Q420 high strength steel welded joint obtained by CO2 gas shielded arc welding are of great engineering value. 采用CO2氣體保護(hù)焊焊接細(xì)晶Q420C高強(qiáng)板,選擇ER55-G焊絲所得焊接接頭焊縫金屬具有比母材更高的強(qiáng)度,焊接接頭經(jīng)180°冷彎后無裂紋等缺陷產(chǎn)生。細(xì)晶Q420C高強(qiáng)板焊縫和熱影響區(qū)斷口均為韌窩狀延性斷裂,相比較焊縫金屬由于細(xì)晶Q420鋼極高的潔凈度和組織均勻性,以及較小的焊接線能量選擇,其焊接接頭熱影響區(qū)具有更好的沖擊性能。
