此對CO2氣體保護(hù)焊條件下獲得的細(xì)晶Q420高強(qiáng)鋼焊接接頭組織與性能進(jìn)行研究具有重要的工程價值。本文對細(xì)晶Q420C高強(qiáng)板進(jìn)行了CO2氣體保護(hù)焊焊接，分析表征了焊接接頭的顯微組織，并對接頭拉伸、彎曲、沖擊性能進(jìn)行了研究，以期對細(xì)晶高強(qiáng)鋼的焊接應(yīng)用提供參考。實驗用Q420鋼板為控扎控冷工藝制造。
The microstructure and properties of Q420 high strength steel welded joint obtained by CO2 gas shielded arc welding are of great engineering value. In this paper CO2 gas welding of fine grained Q420C high strength plate, analysis and characterization of the microstructure of welded joint, and the joint tensile, bending and impact properties were studied, in order to provide reference for application of fine grained high strength steel welding. Manufacture of Q420 steel plate for controlled cooling process.
采用CO2氣體保護(hù)焊焊接細(xì)晶Q420C高強(qiáng)板，選擇ER55-G焊絲所得焊接接頭焊縫金屬具有比母材更高的強(qiáng)度，焊接接頭經(jīng)180°冷彎后無裂紋等缺陷產(chǎn)生。細(xì)晶Q420C高強(qiáng)板焊縫和熱影響區(qū)斷口均為韌窩狀延性斷裂，相比較焊縫金屬由于細(xì)晶Q420鋼極高的潔凈度和組織均勻性，以及較小的焊接線能量選擇，其焊接接頭熱影響區(qū)具有更好的沖擊性能。
